Throughout the process, we will always require consent from all our clients, due to the nature of our industry and the UK laws.

Moore Business Solutions Limited operates as ukfranchiseguide.  The company offers consultancy, mentoring and coaching.  Our clients are business owners seeking to scale their operations and considering franchising as a route to growth, as well as businesses that have already franchised and require consultancy, coaching, or mentoring services.   Our clients are B2B.   Our clients will find our services and contact us using a variety of methods, including personal referral, our website, and LinkedIn.

 

What type of information do we have

Moore Business Solutions Ltd requires specific personal details from potential clients to ensure we can effectively address and respond to all inquiries. The information collected will include, but is not limited to, the following items:

What we do with the information

The information that we have would be used to contact you (the client), email you information and responses to your questions and to send you a copy of the latest version of our Newsletter each month.

The information will allow us to evaluate which service would be most beneficial to you (the client). This will be discussed as a way to find a solution to the problem or situation, using your email to book appointments online.

Moore Business Solutions Ltd has the opportunity to create a marketing campaign whereby the Networking Event organisers may share the delegates' contact details (where consent has been given for sharing). The information would consist of

We will adhere to the established marketing guidelines when reaching out. If potential clients choose to engage our services, we will require additional information from them to effectively address their business requests.

 

Cookies
The website uses cookies to monitor and track the performance of what clients are looking for. The cookies do not collect client information, but it does track the pages being viewed and whether you repeatedly visit the same page. Also, it can be identified whether the website is user-friendly and highlights where we can improve overall or the specific web page. However, we do allow you to decline or accept whether we can monitor the performance of our website.

 

How we store your information

Moore Business Solutions Limited will store all information on our encrypted cloud storage, and all paper notes will be stored in a lockable cabinet. However, we encourage a paper-free environment; therefore, should there be any paper notes, they will be either scan on to our cloud system or written information will be put within a Word Doc or Excel spreadsheet so that we can securely shred any paper information.

All information will be reviewed annually, whereby if an individual does not engage with us within 12 -18 months, then the information is destroyed unless they request that we do this before our review date. The destruction process will consist of all of the client details except for the invoices, which will need to be stored for 7 years as a legal requirement.

Upon termination of a client's contract, their information will be retained for a period of three years. This duration provides sufficient time for our records. However, if the information is required for any legal cases, it will be stored for a longer period. Please note that this timeframe may be subject to change in accordance with updates to UK law.
