Sue Moore Wins Ambassador of the Year 2026
Celebrating Leadership, Mentoring and Impact in Franchising
Sue Moore, founder of UK Franchise Guide and one of the UK’s most respected franchise advisors, has been named ‘Ambassador of the Year 2026’ by Encouraging Women Into Franchising (EWIF).
The award was presented during the prestigious awards dinner held at the British Franchise Association (BFA) event in Leicester on 20th May 2026, following the EWIB EWIF conference. The conference celebrating leadership, legacy and impact was hosted by Pip Wilkins, CEO of the BFA with contributions from women in franchising.
The awards evening was a celebration and recognition of women in franchising, and the evenings awards ceremony was hosted by Helen Mansfield, Managing Director at EWIF.
The award recognises Sue’s long-standing commitment to mentoring women in business, supporting female founders and championing collaboration across the franchising community with a particular focus on her achievements in 2026 encouraging women in franchising.
Sue has worked with businesses at every stage of growth, helping franchise founders and leaders strengthen systems, improve franchisee performance, navigate challenges and build sustainable businesses with confidence. Through UK Franchise Guide she offers mentoring, franchise consultancy and training for franchise teams who may not previously have worked in the franchise sector.
As an EWIF Ambassador and BFA Approved Franchise Advisor, Sue is widely recognised for combining commercial insight with practical experience, ethical leadership and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
